Must read for Principals & Parents:During primary years of schooling students are in molding phase.As well said that you can mold the soil in any shape till it is wet,once dried nothing can be done.Here when students come in school,special care should to be taken so that best habits are developed in them.They need direction in this phase of life.They are best learners during this phase.It is duty on the part of school & parents collectively that they nurture the child in the best possible way during this phase.School life is divided into two major stages which are as follows: 
Age group 3-5:- LEARNER PHASE :During this time kids just enter in all together new world so called school.After family, second place of learning. Here kid is exposed to new environment of learning different things like discipline,rote learning,things to do and things not to do etc. During this phase kids find themselves in a situation where everybody starts expecting a lot from them directly or indirectly.  
Age group 6-9:- CURIOS & EXPLORER ;during this phase 6-9 years, brain is developed to approx 90%. Teachers play an incredible role in the life of every human being.Aristotle said," parents give life & teachers give art of living life.After parents they are the one who are role models for children.They give direction to life of a student.In The INDIAN culture as well said,"Guru Govind Dou Khade, Kah Ke Lagoon Payein,Balehari Guru Apno Govind Diyo Milaye." This used to be  the status of guru in The Indian culture.What & where things go wrong that teachers feel helpless about the situation?This leads to some general(personal) pains.Some of general(personal) pains of teachers are as follows....
